Energy Hardware Marks 25 Years of Service and Growth, Greer, S.C. 2026

Energy Hardware is proud to mark 25 years in business, celebrating a quarter-century of delivering precision hardware, reliable supply solutions, and responsive service to customers in critical industries worldwide.

Founded in 2001 in Greer, South Carolina, Energy Hardware began as a focused provider of electro-mechanical hardware and fasteners supporting power and industrial customers. Early recognition followed in 2003, when Energy Hardware Greer was awarded the GE Excellent Emerging Supplier Award, setting the foundation for long-standing customer partnerships.

By 2005, Energy Hardware had begun kitting operations for General Electric, and in 2006 expanded into a larger Greer facility to support growing demand. The business entered its next phase of growth in 2011 with its acquisition by LSP Holding, strengthening its position within what is now the LoneStar Group.

Continued geographic expansion followed with the opening of Energy Hardware Pensacola in 2012. The Pensacola operation quickly grew, expanding facilities in 2015, broadening kanban programs and large kit supply in 2016, and adding subassembly capabilities in 2017.

A strategic investment in a new 44,000-square-foot facility in Schenectady, NY has strengthened global reach, while expanding end-to-end supply chain solutions. The site enables OEM and service markets to access a comprehensive range of stocked products through tailored fulfilment programmes.

Recent years have marked continued achievement and recognition. In 2024, the Energy Hardware Power segment received the GE Supplier Productivity Award, and the Greer facility achieved AS9100 accreditation, reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality and compliance. 

In 2025, Energy Hardware earned EcoVadis Bronze status, reflecting progress in sustainability performance, and opened Energy Hardware Schenectady, supporting GE Renewables and Power programs. That same year, the Power segment was honored with the GE Supplier Collaboration Award.

Today, Energy Hardware operates from Greer, South Carolina; Pensacola, Florida; and Schenectady, New York, serving as a key U.S. hub within the LoneStar Group. With 25 years behind it, Energy Hardware remains focused on the same principles that have defined its success: precision, reliability, and service for critical industry.
