Our focus is on practical, measurable actions that improve performance, manage risks and support long term value creation.

Improving Energy Performance in the UK

In the UK, we have significantly reduced our Scope 1 and 2 emissions through 100% renewable energy contracts, and low-carbon gas contracts in Leeds and the West Midlands. Our group renewable energy % has since increased.

Strengthening Community Impact Through Local Action

LoneStar has strengthened its community impact and ESG progress through employee volunteering, local sponsorship and fundraising, and site-led sustainability quick wins supported by its Champions Network. This volunteering effort from TME showcases the impact our people have to make a have to make a difference.

Celebrating Service and Continuity

During the year, we introduced long-service awards for our employees in the United States and the rest of the world, recognising and appreciating their dedication, loyalty, and reinforcing the value we place on their long-term contribution to the business.
