Ring Type Joints (RTJ)
Conforming to both ASME B16.20 and API 6A international standards, Energy Hardware supply styles R, RX and BX Ring Type Joints. Each seal is low stress stamped to provide full traceability, from the original mill source through to the place, month and year of manufacture.
Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG)
Spiral Wound Gaskets (SWG) are semi metallic gaskets, suitable for high temperature and high pressure environments across a wide range of industrial sectors. Energy Hardware SWGs are supplied in a wide variety of shapes, sizes and material combinations, to international standards and to meet customer specific requirements.
Kammprofile Gaskets
With or without outer rings, Energy Hardware kammprofile gaskets are typically used in heat exchangers, and across the full range flanged joints in pipelines.
Precision Engineered Metallic Seals
Energy Hardware can supply mission critical precision engineered metallic seals, accurately and repeatedly producing complex components in a broad range of materials.
Soft Cut Gaskets
Energy Hardware supplies a wide range of cut gaskets, from standard flange sizes to large irregular shaped gaskets, in many brand leading materials, from virgin PTFE to compressed non asbestos (CNAF) sheeting and graphite.
Flange Insulation Kits
Energy Hardware supply insulation products can be used to control and confine electrolytic corrosion in almost any piping system.
All insulation products are supplied in kit form, complete with the necessary quantities of isolating sleeves, isolation washers and back up washers.
Double Jacketed Gaskets
